- Shared and VPS hosting instances are fully deployed within 5 minutes.
- Dedicated configurations are typically provisioned within 1 to 4 hours, subject to hardware setup parameters.
- Domain registrations are routed instantly to registry systems.
2. Uptime SLA Guarantees
Hostigen maintains a 99.9% network uptime delivery assurance:
- Regular monitoring ensures redundant power grids and fiber links remain active.
- In the event of unscheduled downtime exceeding the SLA guidelines, clients are eligible to request service credits.
3. Free Custom Website Design Delivery
For clients subscribing to eligible annual packages with the Free Website Design Option:
- Initial design wireframes will be delivered within 3-5 business days after specifications are submitted.
- The final constructed codebase is typically deployed live on our servers within 10-15 business days.
