1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hostigen services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services, servers, and portal.

2. Account Security & Registration

To access our client portal and purchase hosting services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Hostigen hosting services must be used only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our infrastructure to:

• Host, distribute, or transmit any illegal materials or software.
• Run DDoS attacks, scan ports, or attempt unauthorized access to other systems.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or run phishing campaigns.
• Host content that infringes upon copyright, trademarks, or patents.

4. Resource Allocation & Fair Use

While some packages offer unlimited bandwidth or storage, they are subject to fair use. Accounts using excessive CPU, RAM, or IO resources to the detriment of other tenants on shared servers may be temporarily suspended or throttled.

5. Backups & Data Integrity

While Hostigen performs automated routine backups for disaster recovery, customers are encouraged to maintain their own independent backups of all databases, files, and email configurations. Hostigen is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hostigen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from service interruptions or server downtime.
