Under this offer, Hostigen will design and develop a custom, dynamic website tailored to your business requirements. The website may include features such as:
- Unique custom UI/UX design
- Mobile-responsive layout
- Dynamic content management
- Admin panel (where applicable)
- Contact forms
- Image galleries
- Blog or news module
- Service, product, or portfolio management
- Search Engine Friendly URLs
- Basic on-page SEO
- SSL configuration
- Deployment on Hostigen hosting
The exact features included will be determined based on the selected hosting package and the agreed project scope.
3. Fair Usage & Project Scope
This promotion covers a standard business website with reasonable functional requirements. The following are not included unless specifically agreed in writing:
- Large-scale enterprise applications
- ERP, CRM, HRMS, LMS, Hospital, School, or similar management systems
- Marketplace or multi-vendor platforms
- Social networking platforms
- SaaS products
- Mobile applications
- AI-based solutions
- Custom dashboards with complex workflows

- Real-time integrations

- Extensive reporting modules

4. Design Process
- Every website is custom designed by the Hostigen team.
- The design concept is based on the customer's branding, industry, and business objectives.
- Hostigen retains full creative discretion while considering customer feedback.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer shall provide:
- Company profile
- Logo
- Brand guidelines (if available)
- Website content
- Images and media
- Required documents and approvals
Delays in providing these materials may affect the delivery timeline.
6. Revision Policy
The offer includes:
- Initial design presentation
- Up to three (3) rounds of revisions
Additional revisions, feature requests, or scope changes may incur additional charges.
7. Development Timeline
Development begins only after:
- Hosting account activation
- Receipt of all required content
- Finalization of project requirements
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity.
8. Hosting Requirement
- The website must remain hosted with Hostigen during the initial hosting term.
- If the hosting service is cancelled before completion of the committed hosting period, Hostigen reserves the right to recover the standard website development charges.
9. Ownership
Upon completion of the project and full payment of all applicable charges:
- The customer owns the website content and custom design created specifically for their project.
- Hostigen retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, reusable libraries, utilities, deployment tools, and internal development assets.
- Any third-party software, libraries, or open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
10. Third-Party Costs
The customer is responsible for any costs associated with:
- Premium themes
- Premium plugins
- Stock photography
- Premium fonts
- Domain registration and renewal (unless included in the hosting package)
- External APIs
- Payment gateway fees
- SMS, email, or other third-party services
11. Maintenance
This offer covers website development only. Future services such as:
- Content updates
- Feature enhancements
- Security hardening
- Software upgrades
- Ongoing maintenance
- Technical support beyond standard hosting support
may be provided under separate maintenance agreements.
12. Acceptable Use
Hostigen will not develop or host websites that promote or facilitate illegal activities, malware, phishing, copyright infringement, hate speech, adult content, scams, or any material prohibited under applicable laws.
13. Promotional Conditions
- One free website per eligible hosting account unless otherwise approved.
- This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Hostigen reserves the right to refuse projects that fall outside the intended scope of this promotional offer.
14. Limitation of Liability
Hostigen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, revenue, or data arising from the use of the website or hosting services.

By purchasing an eligible annual hosting package, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
